    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA KOMIK DIGITAL MATERI TOLERANSI DAN KOMPETISI KEBAIKAN

    The research subjects is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of Islamic religious education by using animated video media, student learning outcomes after using animated video media. This class action research method (PTK) uses stages in the form of cycles, namely cycle I, and cycle II. In each cycle there is planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were all Class III A children as many as 24 children, III SD Negeri 223 Palembang. The results of the research, it can be concluded that the percentage of student learning outcomes is 37.50%. After using animated video learning media in the first cycle of 66.67%, while in cycle II the percentage of student learning outcomes was 95.83%.     Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan. Dalam pra tindakan diketahui bahwa persentase hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 37,50%. Setelah digunakan media pembelajaran video animasi  pada siklus I sebesar 66,67%, Sedangkan pada siklus II persentase hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 95,83%.   Penggunaan media video animasi dalam pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam  Pada siklus I adalah sebelum anak memulai belajar tiap pertemuan, video animasi yang sudah disediakan di tayangkan dan anak memperhatikannya, Pada siklus II dilakukan sama halnya dengan siklus I, perbedaannya hanya pada video dimana pada video siklus II lebih menarik karena berupa animasi gambar lebih jelas, sedangkan di siklus I video animasi kurang tertampil dengan jelas. Peningkatan hasil belajar  peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media video animasi terjadi pada siklus I, dan siklus II. Dari perbedaan mean atau rata-rata dari hasil belajar peserta didik dari ketuntasan secara klasikal di atas dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Media Video Animasi dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar  Peserta didik di kelas III SD Negeri 223 Palembang &nbsp

Based on the results of this study, the Mover Teacher Program aims to equip teachers with learning and pedagogical leadership skills so that they can advance the learning community inside and outside the education unit, and have the potential to become educational leaders who can create comfort and well-being for students in their respective education units.     The purpose of this study was to analyze how the Implementation of the Madrasah Working Group Program in Utilizing Information Technology to Support Great Madrasas, Dignified Madrasas at Prabumulih State Aliyah 1 Madrasah. This research is a qualitative research. In data collection, researchers used several collection techniques, namely: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. The data analysis technique uses the analytical method using the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research are the Implementation of the Madrasah Working Group Program in Utilizing Information Technology to Support Great Madrasahs, Dignified Madrasas at Prabumulih Aliyah Negeri 1 Madrasah priority program, namely; First, vocation, namely improving infrastructure and student apprenticeships in the industrial world. Second, mastery of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Third, increasing Information-Technology literacy. Fourth, mastery of foreign languages, especially Arabic and English.     Pengaruh Keharmonisan Keluarga Terhadap Kenakalan Remaja Di SMK Al-Hidayah Kota Cirebon

    Kenakalan remaja merupakan salah satu penyakit sosial yang muncul di kalangan masyarakat setempat. Sehingga masalah seperti ini perlu sekali diperhatikan oleh para orang tua sehingga tidak akan mengakibatkan atau menyebar luas terhadap yang lainnya. Begitu besar dan pentingnya peranan keluarga yang harus dimainkan oleh orang tua dalam mendidik anak, maka dengan adanya peranan masing-masing anggota keluarga hendaknya orang tua saling melengkapi sehingga dapat membentuk keluarga yang harmonis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keharmonisan keluarga terhadap kenakalan remaja di SMK Al-Hidayah Cirebon. Penelitian ini menelaah pengaruh satu variabel dengan variabel atau dengan nama lain  disebut dengan korelasional. Adapun pertanyaan yang diajukan berkaitan dengan keharmonisan keluarga sebanyak lima pertanyaan dan berkaitan dengan kenakalan remaja sebanyak lima pertanyaan. Jumlah korenponden yang di beri  pertanyaan sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil yang di dapat adalah terdapat hubungan linear secara signfikan antara variable keharmonisan keluarga dengan variable kenakalan remaja, dengan uji linearitas sinifikasi yang didapakan ialah 0,236 lebih dari 0,05. Dan terdapat pula pengaruh antara keharmonisan keluarga terhadap kenakalan remaja, korelasi atau hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0.482 dan besaran koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.232. Maka dari itu dapat dipahami bahwa pengaruh variable keharmonisan keluarga terhadap variable kenakalan remaja adalah sebesar 48,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable lain. Sedangkan nilai t hitung 2.910 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.007 < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak

    Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana “Manajemen Peserta Didik Dalam Pengembangan Bakat dan Minat Melalui Program Ekstrakulikuler di MA Al-Fattah Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan wawancara dan observasi. Sehingga memberoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Perencanaan manajemen peserta didik sudah cukup baik, namu ada beberapa ekstrakulikuler yang kurang aktif  (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik sudah cukup baik, sesuai dengan prosedur yang di rencanakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya peserta didik mengembangkan bakatnya melalui ekstrakulikuler seperti olahraga, pramuka, paskibra dan Rohis. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan ketika perencanaan, sehingga para guru bisa menganalisis apa kebutuhan siswanya dalam pengembangan bakat dan minat. &nbsp

    This research aims to determine the Perceptions of Students of the Islamic Religion Education Study Program on the Professionalism of Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences, State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. In this research using qualitative methods, qualitative research. The results of the research show that the perceptions of students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program towards Lecturer Professionalism at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, reveal varying perceptions, between one student and another, because everyone who expresses perceptions critically is influenced by feelings, experiences, thinking abilities, and other aspects according to what is felt, then their perception can be revealed. On average according to students regarding the professionalism of lecturers in terms of lecturer pedagogic competence, of course there is no doubt from the scientific field, insight, educational foundation, but all of that cannot be denied that there are also some lecturers who do not apply their pedagogic competence as there are some lecturers who do not use media and methods varied learning so that lectures feel bored and monotonous

    This study aimed to determine the concept of education financing management in the era of regional autonomy. This research is a literature review or literature review to formulate education financing management in the era of regional autonomy. The results of this study indicate that budget leakage or in its most severe form, such as educational corruption, causes a reduction in the education budget, damages the mentality of the education bureaucracy, increases the burden of costs that must be borne by the community and decreases the quality of education services. The data shows that the education budget is an easy target for specific individuals to commit abuse. In addition, the education budget allocated to educational institutions must be supervised and monitored. Empirical conditions show that the actual receipt of education funds has yet to meet operational demands ideally. This is caused by various things that affect the provision of education funds, such as limited government funds, education tax policies have not been established, the ability of the community, especially parents, still varies in income compared to expenses that must be handled, as well as the private sector is still not much concerned about financial contributions to the implementation of education. Therefore, the implementation of education is the responsibility of all parties, in the sense that the implementation of education requires the support of various parties so that it can run as expected

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan  di MAN 3 Palembang dan menganalisis karakteristik strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, adapun yang menjadi sumber primer dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang, yakni kepala perpustakaan, dua orang pengelola perpustakaan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis mengunakan Model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahapkan yaitu: reduksi data, tampilan data, dan gambar kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka untuk strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang ada lima strategi yang dilakukan, yaitu; Realiabilitas, memberikan layanan perpustakaan sesuai dengan SOP perpustakaan. Daya tangggap, merespon permintaan pemustaka. Jaminan, akses layanan dengan mudah. Empati, pengelola perpustakaan berusaha berpikir untuk bisa memahami kebutuhan  pemustaka. Bukti fisik, menata dan merawat sarana prasarana agar suasana nyaman. Ciri dari strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang, yaitu: Pertama, Fokus dari strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan adalah pengembangan koleksi, promosi layanan dan buku baru. Kedua, Keunikan pada program book lover, program promosi, layanan infak buku, dan layanan pendampingan diperuntukkan kepada siswa yang akan mengikuti olimpiade dan perlombaan di luar sekolah. Ketiga, perpustakaan memiliki nama Baitul Hikmah dan slogan-slogan yang menarik

    The focus of this research is the role of education management in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang. The role of educational management is very influential on the success of learning. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The type of data used is qualitative data. There are two kinds of data sources used, namely primary data sources and secondary data. Meanwhile, to obtain data using the method of observation, documentation and interviews. For data processing using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study are First, the implementation of the education management function has been carried out properly, in accordance with the conditions of the school concerned. This means that all of these management functions have been carried out but due to limited supporting factors in the form of infrastructure and conditions of school personnel, the management functions are carried out as well as possible. Second, the educational management function that has been carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang shows an increase in the quality of education and employee performance, although there are still some obstacles but it does not really affect work professionalism and the resulting quality shows quite satisfactory results in terms of input and output
